Culinary nutrition innovations exist to link health and food preparation together in creative ways that yield nutrient-rich and delicious meals. Culinary nutrition provides science-based approaches to the preparation of nutritious food to make healthy eating practice more appealing and appealing. Culinary nutrition aims to support food preparation that adds functional foods, limits components that are potentially harmful (added sugars and unhealthy fats) and is oriented toward successful execution of recipes that maximally support intended health outcomes.
